Pockets are so created to the number of connections between them was as small as possible, and that there was as little shoot so that we keep the continuity of the material and get a very strong filter.

Pocket filters in metal frame
- Galvanized, metal frame, (standard frame thickness of 20 mm and 25 mm, on request of clients frames of different thickness)
- Material of filtration pasted in the frame a special glue and supported steel zinced rods, specially profiled, which ensures the correct operation of the filter, through the laying of a pockets, pockets stitched using 5-hairs seam, very durable, special threads (double stitch to ensure perfect tightness of the filters on the sewn joint), in addition, sealed polyethylene foam
Pocket filters in plastic frame
- Plastic frame (standard frame thickness of 20 mm and 25 mm-possibility to order another dimension frame on special request)
- Material of filtration pasted in the frame a special glue (for customer requirements supported by wooden pins, which provides full steel zinced rods, ecological filters, pockets stitched using 5-hairs seam, very durable, special threads (double stitch to ensure perfect tightness of the filters on the sewn joint), specially profiled, which ensures the correct operation of the filter, through the laying of a pockets, in addition, sealed polyethylene foam

Application
A filter used to purify the air in air-conditioning, ventilation and heating. Thanks to the high performance at low differential pressure filters can be used in offices, schools, hospitals, theatres, swimming pools, shopping malls, hotels, food processing plants, pharmaceutical, machine-buildings and electronics.
Note – In case of ordering pockets filters is important a proper selection of lenght and quantity of pockets. Contrary to widespread opinion more “pay to” order filter with more pockets although it costs more than the standard, because it increases then the surface filtration, decrease initial resistance and increases significantly the life of the filter.
